Moore, had taken upon a distress for rent claimed by the said Moore to be due upon certain houses and lots in Alexandrix, owned and held by the plaintiff. The sum for which distress was made is five hundred dollars. The declaration is in the usual form; and the damages claimed one thousand dollars.
