The evidence referred to in the opinion was sufficient to justify the jury in finding that plaintiffs, real estate brokers, found purchasers who agreed and were ready, able, and willing to purchase the real estate in question for the price and upon the terms authorized by defendants; that defendants were duly so notified and informed; and that defendants thereupon wrongfully withdrew their offer and authority to plaintiffs and refused to make the sale.
